COLLECTION DESCRIPTION
Chinese legend said that a very long time ago, the Jade Emperor, who was the ruler of the heavens asked all the animals of Earth to celebrate his birthday and held a great race. The first 12 animals to arrive could be given a place in the calendar. The order is as follows: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig. Similar to the Western zodiac, the Chinese zodiac can be used to predict a person’s personality.
