Do you have a physical retail space/ showroom?

Yes, our physical stores stocks most of the same products you see online.

However, sometimes we may run out of stock in our Flagship Store. If you see something you like, the best way to buy it would be to purchase it online to reserve the item.

Our Flagship Store address is 263 Beach Road, Singapore 199542.

You may also like to visit our newly opened Raffles Hotel store at 328 North Bridge Rd, #02-09, Singapore 188719 for more limited edition exclusives.

We are open with safe management measures in place.

Can your products be customized?

We are big supporters of customers customising our products especially for furniture. We know how a little difference in size can go a long way for your space. So let us know what you have in mind via email or visit us at our Flagship Store.

Can I reserve an item?

Yes, we do accept reservations. Please email us at support@sceneshang.com to enquire about making a reservation, or simply type to us on our website chatbot.

What currency are your prices displayed in?

Our prices are in Singapore dollars.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You will need an account to place an online order. While account creation is optional in-stores, signing up for one is free and allows you to track the status of your order more easily. It also helps us to serve you better in the future and entitles you to our exclusive GUIBIN Rewards programme.

What payment methods are accepted?

For online purchases, we accept secure credit card payment via Stripe.




Are there any delivery charges?

Here are our doorstep delivery charges to Singapore addresses:

+Additional charges at S$20 per product per storey not accessible by elevator (also applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette) will be charged by the delivery fleet.

*Kindly note that above charges are for single trips only; if your order contains items with different lead times, it will be delivered upon consolidation of all the items. Additional charges apply if you would like to split your deliveries to different locations or different time periods; please checkout separately.

How do I track my order?

Do log into your account to track the status of your order or email us at support@sceneshang.com.

How long will it take for my items to be delivered?

If stocks are available, we will prepare and send your order out as soon as we can. Due to high order volume, kindly allow 2 to 7 working days for your orders to be processed. If the item is backordered or a made to order item, it can take 6 to 12 weeks to be ready for collection or delivery. Please check each product's individual page for more specific delivery lead time.

Can I do a self-collection?

Yes, you can do a self-collection, kindly note that this option is only available for small homeware and furniture.

The pick-up address for all items is at our Flagship Store: 263 Beach Road, Singapore 199542 or our warehouse: 28 Senang Crescent, BizHub 28, #04-04, Singapore 416601 (for orders with furniture).

Please make an appointment at least one day before heading down to any of our locations, by getting in touch with us at support@sceneshang.com. For made to order items, you will be contacted once your items are ready for collection.

Can I change delivery information once an order is placed?

Yes, you can if you have not received any shipping confirmation email i.e. the item has not been shipped out. To change delivery details, please do so within 24 hours. Please email support@sceneshang.com for such changes.




What items can you ship internationally?
We ship most of our items overseas, however, some restrictions may apply. Do email us at support@sceneshang.com should you have any enquiries.

Are import taxes included in your delivery charges?
Do note that import tax may be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax cannot be predetermined and is to be made to the customs when contacted.
Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide, you can see the delivery charges during checkout. If your shipping address cannot retrieve a delivery charge, please email us at support@sceneshang.com and we will advise you of the feasibility and charges to ship to your country.

How long will it take for my items to be shipped?

If stocks are available, it will be shipped out within 48 hours. While our shipping partners typically take 5-14 working days to reach you, it will still be based on our shipping partner’s schedule and each country’s custom clearance. In most cases, we will provide a tracking number for you to track your order. If the item is backordered or a made to order item, it will take 6-12 weeks to be ready for shipment.




Can I exchange or return an item? 

At SCENE SHANG, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; therefore we accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Merchandise should be in original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt. Exchanged items will have to be of an equal or higher value than the original item, and you will be required to top up the difference. There will be no refund of any difference if the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item. We apologise that we cannot accept any exchanges on sale items and custom orders. Please note that we do not accept refunds for all modes of payment, and reserve the right to decline exchanges based on condition of returned items. What if my item is damaged?

SCENE SHANG will do our utmost to ensure that your item is packaged safely for delivery and shipping. However, we will bear no responsibility should the item be damaged by the delivery service. For overseas deliveries, please select the insurance option should you prefer a more secure overseas delivery. If you believe that your item received is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@sceneshang.com.

What is the company’s exchange/returns policy?

We only do exchanges for items including those that are damaged or defective within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be exchanged in their unused condition with original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Can sale or discounted items be exchanged?

All sale discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Can I cancel an order once it’s paid?

Unfortunately, in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
