Taels allow you to redeem rewards from our exclusive rewards catalogue. The more taels you have, the more rewards you can redeem.
The number of taels you have can be seen on the GUIBIN Rewards popup window or under 'GUIBIN Rewards' on your account page. You can also click on the Timer Icon to see your entire tael history.
You can redeem SCENE SHANG Cash Vouchers to purchase a new piece of furniture for your home, buy gifts for your loved ones or redeem a reward to treat yourself.
We will also have attractive pre-launch or non-retail products as well as partner vouchers from time to time. Stay tuned for exciting rewards.
Move up the GUIBIN Reward Tiers to earn more. A higher tier rewards you with more taels per dollar spent. Accumulate your total spend to advance to the next tier to accelerate your tael earning.
Go to the GUIBIN Rewards pop-up window. Scroll to the bottom and click on 'Your rewards' and you will be able to see all the rewards that you have redeemed and their respective redemption instructions and reward codes. The last reward that you have redeemed will also be shown under 'Your latest reward'.
You can use the SCENE SHANG Cash Vouchers to offset the purchase of that console you've been eyeing, or that beautiful lacquerware to gift your loved ones. SCENE SHANG Cash Vouchers can be used to redeem any purchase including furniture, homeware and art. Cash vouchers may not be used on shipping fees; please refer to the reward listings in the rewards catalogue for other exclusions.
Copy and paste the reward code into the checkout. A more detailed guide can be found on each reward listing.
The reward codes cannot be stacked. Only one reward code can be applied at a time. Voucher must be fully utilised in one single transaction; any balance in value is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Yes, your taels will expire if you do not make any purchase or redemption activity within a year. Don’t worry, an email notification will be sent to you before your taels expire so that you have time to redeem them.
You will advance to the next tier based on your overall amount spent; you will retain this tier for the remainder of the year and the next calendar year. To retain your tier status in the year after, you will have to requalify for the same tier in the next calendar year.
It can sometimes take 1-2 working days for us to process your activity and provide your taels.
