SCENE SHANG homeware and furniture are designed by our award-winning in-house design team based in Singapore. We also collaborate with other designers and brands who share our love for Asian heritage and culture, to bring you new and exclusive offerings.


 

Since 2013, we’ve partnered with selected local and regional makers that have the expertise and passion to bring our designs to life. Our maker partners are in Singapore and other countries including Malaysia, Indonesia and China.


 

Yes, our physical retail stores stock some of the products you see online. We might sometimes run out of stock in our retail stores so if you like something you see, the best way would be to purchase it online to reserve the item.

Our showroom is at 435 Orchard Road, Level 4 (Inside OCBC Wisma Atria Branch), Singapore 238877. We have a member of our team stationed there on Wednesdays to Sundays, 12pm to 8pm currently. For other hours, we'll be happy to make an appointment for you :)


 

Yes, we have a few furniture collections that you can customise in your choice of materials and sizes. Browse our custom gallery here.

We can also customise our homeware items for your corporate gifting needs. We’ve done customised gifts for ministries, hospitality projects, beauty brands, banks and so on.

“Ready to Ship” Items
If your item is marked “Ready to Ship” on the product page and if stocks are available, orders with delivery selected (to Singapore addresses) will usually take 2-7 working days. For orders with self-collection selected, we will send you a notification email when the item is ready to be picked up as the items might only be in stock in our warehouse and will need 2-7 working days to be transferred to our retail stores.

“Made to Order” Items
If your item is marked “Made to Order” on the product page, we’ll need 4-12 weeks to make your item. Please see the product page for more information on production times, as some items might take shorter or longer times to be completed. We’ll send you an email update when the item is ready for delivery or self-collection.

For orders with both "Ready to Ship" & "Made to Order" items, your order will only be sent out when all the items are ready. Additional charges will apply for split deliveries — to make arrangements, contact us here.

At the moment, self-collection at our showroom is only possible for smaller items and furniture, upon request only.

For “Ready to Ship” items, please allow us 2-7 working days in case the item needs to be transferred down from our warehouse. We will send you an email once the item is ready for you to collect. 

For "Made to Order" items, we will send you an email once the item is ready for self-collection. Please see the product page for more information on production times.

We ship to most countries worldwide, and you can see the delivery charges during checkout. Kindly note that import tax may be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax cannot be predetermined and is to be made to the customs when contacted.

If your shipping address cannot retrieve a delivery charge, please email us at shop@sceneshang.com and we will advise you of the feasibility and charges to ship to your country.

If the item is “Ready to Ship” and stock is available, it will be shipped out in 2-7 working days. Our shipping partners typically take 5-14 working days to reach you, subjected to our shipping partner’s schedule and each country’s custom clearance.

In most cases, we will provide a tracking number for you to track your order.

If the item is a “Made to Order” item, it will take 6-14 weeks to be ready for shipment.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, collection or delivery for most items, with some exceptions. If you wish to exchange your item, visit this page to request for an exchange.

In most circumstances, it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
