PURPOSE

Inspired by the richness of Chinese culture embedded in Feng Shui article, the Ji Jian Wu collection presents a contemporary take on these traditional objects that bring prosperity and blessings. Whether or not you are a believer, the receiver will be gifted with well wishes.

STORY

Qi Lin is a mythical creature made up of different auspicious animals in the Chinese culture. The body is fully or partially scaled and often shaped like an ox, deer or lion.
One famous legend about Qi Lin speaks of the birth of Confucius, a great Chinese philosopher, that was foretold by the arrival of Qi Lin. Thus, Qi Lin is thought to bring along many good omens, such as longevity, fertility and prosperity.

Designed by Lin Qiuxia, developed with Design Incubation Centre from the Division of Industrial Design, National University of Singapore.

Made in Taiwan, limited production.
