+Additional charges at S$20 per product per storey not accessible by elevator (also applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette) will be charged by the delivery fleet.

*Kindly note that above charges are for single trips only; if your order contains items with different lead times, it will be delivered upon consolidation of all the items. Additional charges apply if you would like to split your deliveries to different locations or different time periods; please checkout separately.

“Ready to Ship” Items
If your item is marked “Ready to Ship” on the product page and if stocks are available, orders with delivery selected (to Singapore addresses) will usually take 2-7 working days. For orders with self-collection selected, we will send you a notification email when the item is ready to be picked up as the items might only be in stock in our warehouse and will need 2-7 working days to be transferred to our retail stores.

“Made to Order” Items
If your item is marked “Made to Order” on the product page, we’ll need 4-12 weeks to make your item. Please see the product page for more information on production times, as some items might take shorter or longer times to be completed. We’ll send you an email update when the item is ready for delivery or self-collection.

For orders with both "Ready to Ship" & "Made to Order" items, your order will only be sent out when all the items are ready. Additional charges will apply for split deliveries — to make arrangements, contact us here.


 

Yes, you can do a self-collection from our showroom @ OCBC Wisma Atria for selected items.

For “Ready to Ship” items, please allow us 2-7 working days in case the item needs to be transferred down from our warehouse. We will send you an email once the item is ready for you to collect. 

For "Made to Order" items, we will send you an email once the item is ready for self-collection. Please see the product page for more information on production times.

We ship to most countries worldwide, and you can see the delivery charges during checkout.

If your shipping address cannot retrieve a delivery charge, please email us at shop@sceneshang.com and we will advise you of the feasibility and charges to ship to your country.


 

If the item is “Ready to Ship” and stock is available, it will be shipped out in 2-7 working days. Our shipping partners typically take 5-14 working days to reach you, subjected to our shipping partner’s schedule and each country’s custom clearance.

In most cases, we will provide a tracking number for you to track your order.

If the item is a “Made to Order” item, it will take 4-12 weeks to be ready for shipment.


 

Do note that import tax may be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs and is not included in our delivery charges.


 

Before we send out your order, we do our utmost to ensure that it is packaged safely for delivery and shipping.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please visit this page to request for an exchange.

For international orders, we are not able to exchange your item if it is damaged through shipping, please consider choosing the option to ship with insurance.

Yes, you can if you have not received any shipping confirmation email i.e. the item has not been shipped out. To change delivery details, please do so within 24 hours. Please email support@sceneshang.com for such changes.
